RIFM provides investment management services to Redefine International plc and through its wholly owned subsidiary Wichford Property Management Limited to Wichford P.L.C.

Redefine International plc is a hybrid property investment company domiciled in Jersey. It is part of the Redefine International Property Group, the ultimate parent of which is Redefine Properties Limited, a loan stock property company listed on the JSE. RIFM is jointly owned by Redefine Properties Limited, the Corovest Property Group and the Standard Bank Group.

RIFM has five major subsidiaries responsible for the management of assets, namely: 

Redefine Investment Managers (UK) Ltd

Responsible for all the asset and day-to-day management of the UK property aspects of the company’s business

Redefine International Fund Managers (Europe) Ltd

Responsible for all the asset and day-to-day management of the European property aspects of the company’s business.

Redefine International Management Limited

Responsible for all group financial, corporate & secretarial services. These include: accounting and tax; audit; annual reports; secretarial duties; human resources and payroll; information technology; treasury and corporate governance.

Redefine International Hotels Limited

Responsible for the management of the Group’s hotel investments and interests.

Wichford Property Management Limited

Provides investment management services to Wichford P.L.C. through Wichford Property Management, a wholly owned subsidiary.
