MILES WALTON
Chairman
Miles was appointed Chairman of Redefine International Fund Managers Ltd in May 2010. He is also Managing Director of the Osiris Group's BVI trust operation and group director of Drake Fund Advisors. Prior to joining the Osiris Group Miles was head of Equity Trust's International Incorporations Division and a director of trust and fiduciary services for Equity Trust's BVI, Panama and Bermudan offices.
Miles is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, and also a member of the Society of Trust Estate Practitioners (TEP). Having worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years in Jersey and BVI, his further qualifications include the UK Securities Institute Investment Management Certificate and a BA degree in International Business with marketing and management.
STEPHEN CARLIN
Non Executive Director
Mr Carlin is a qualified engineer with over 27 years´ experience in the real estate industry. He has been involved in many aspects of the industry, including property services, project management and development. Over the past six years he has focused on property investment in the United Kingdom with the emphasis on private investor syndications.

NICOLAAS FAURE
Director
Mr Faure obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Stellenbosch before joining JP Morgan Chase in London for just over a year. He returned to South Africa to finish his articles with Kirkman Lanfear Chartered Accountants in Cape Town, while finishing a Bachelor of Accounting degree at the University of South Africa.

STEWART SHAW-TAYLOR
Non Executive Director
Stewart is a CA with 27 years' experience in Investment Banking and Real Estate. He is currently the Global Head of Real Estate Investments for the Corporate and Investment Banking Division of the Standard Bank Group and is responsible for the real estate equity and asset management related activities undertaken by Corporate and Investment Banking in South Africa and Internationally.

MARC WAINER
Non Executive Director
Mr Wainer has 34 years experience in the property sector and is regarded by many as one of South Africa´s most talented property deal makers. Mr Wainer is a founder and director of Redefine Properties Ltd and is a non-executive director of JSE listed Hyprop Investments Limited and Redefine International plc.

MICHAEL WATTERS
Non Executive Director
Mr Watters is a registered professional engineer with a BSc Eng. (Civil) Degree and an MBA. He has over 25 years´ experience in the investment banking and real estate industries. He has held directorships of some of South Africa´s top rated listed property funds including Sycom Property Fund and Hyprop Investments Limited as well as the £260m Sapphire Retail Fund in the United Kingdom. He is CEO of the Redefine International Group
